Kennerly Architecture & Planning
A full-block, six-building project developed with David Baker Architects and CMG Landscape Architecture, delivering nearly 600 housing units from supportive to market-rate. Project Type: New Construction; 8-story Type I with 197 dwelling units and ground floor retail. Kennerly Architecture & Planning and David Baker Architects collaborated to revise the block master plan, which will add 584 market-rate and affordable residences, replace a union hall, redevelop a historic retail building and add a public park.
Role: Project Architect & Project Manager Concept Design - SD including extensive regulatory approvals.
