A sunken, lower-level indoor pool anchors the three-level home, which includes three bedrooms, while a roof garden aligns at grade with the adjacent parcel. The project features a dynamic sectional strategy and Type I construction, incorporating a rigorous “Healthy Home” approach modeled on the Living Building Challenge Red List.
