Project Type: A resourceful, temporary installation designed to enliven the Eames Ranch Courtyard during late summer, when the lush spring grasses have dried to golden. Embracing the seasonal transformation, locally sourced hay bales serve as informal plinths for a vibrant collection of Eames chairs. The installation celebrates both the ranch's agricultural character and its design legacy, with the straw bales later repurposed for on-site agricultural use after installation.
