Development of a rare vacant San Francisco lot in the Mission District, resulting in a four-story street-facing townhouse and two two-story units at the rear. Cantilevered massing responds to a shared driveway easement, while courtyards and interior volumes are creatively maximized within the San Francisco Planning Department’s allowable build-able envelope.
